Wolfsburg Bus Crew's Autumn meet & camp out 2025 (part 1)

The Wolfsburg Bus Crew (WBC) is a club on Facebook for owners of Volkswagen split screen, bay window and T25 buses, and is run by Rich Coxhill. Even though the club is based in London, they have members all across the U.K. as well as all over the world. It doesn't matter in your bus isn't a show winner, you'll be welcomed whatever your bus looks like. The club organise club meets, club stands at various shows throughout the year, arrange various runs and camping trips and they have also negotiated numerous discounts from various VW parts suppliers. The club have two club meets a year, one in the spring and one in the autumn both held at Wendover Woods, near Aylesbury, Bucks, and both with a camp out at a camp site next to the woods. This year the Autumn meet was arranged for Saturday 18th October, with a convoy to the woods from the meeting place at the Tesco Superstore in Aylesbury.

Luckily the car park is quite big, which 
was just as well as there must have been
25-30 busses all parked up.

The convoy to the woods, via Wendover

Once in Wendover we drove up the high
street and at the roundabout at the end
we circled back on ourselves creating
two way traffic of air cooled busses. 

The locals always seem to like our cruise
through their village as they waved and 
took photos.

Once parked up at the woods, I take 
Suzie for a long walk. We're just getting
back to join the crew with Suzie leading
the way.

Time for a cuppa.

OK, I'll open the sliding door so you can
look out, she's much happier now.

All crew members that attend choose
their favourite bus and the bus with the
most votes wins a 'Stinky Pete's' hand
painted saw along with some WBC merch.
