Part two of Wolfsburg Bus Crew's Autumnal meet and camp out.
The Wolfsburg Bus Crew is a club on Facebook for owners of Volkswagen split screen, bay window and T25 buses. Even though the club is based in London, they have members all across the U.K. as well as all over the world. It doesn't matter in your bus isn't a show winner, you'll be welcomed whatever your bus looks like. The club organise club meets, club stands at various shows throughout the year, arrange various runs and camping trips and they have also negotiated numerous discounts from various VW parts suppliers. The club have two club meets a year, one in the spring and one in the autumn both held at Wendover Woods, near Aylesbury, Bucks, and both with a camp out at a camp site next to the woods. This year the Autumn meet was arranged for Saturday 19th October, with a convoy to the woods from the meeting place at the Tesco superstore in Aylesbury. This time Rich Coxhill, who runs the club asked me if I would be his wingman on the 9 mile cruise to the woods.
The review continues as I wander along the rows of awesome busses.

So that was the Wolfsburg Bus Crew's Autumnal meet at Wendover Woods. It was another well organised meet with some crew members travelling over 100 miles to join in the fun. The weather started off a bit wet wet, but the sun came out in the afternoon and a great time was had by everyone. It is a great place to meet up with some old friends and make new ones. I'm looking forward to the spring meet already! I did want to post a link to an awesome video that Rich Coxhill made of the cruise, meet and camp out, but unfortunately the file size was too big, so I suggest you head on over to the Wolfsburg Bus Crew's page Wolfsburg Bus Crew | Facebook and have a look for yourself Wolfsburg Bus Crew | Facebook .. you will not be disappointed!
