Stonor Park VW Show 2025 (part 1 of 2)

In previous years I would attend a show / rally and then post a review about the show the following weekend. However this year I have been too busy, so for this year only, I will post reviews of all the shows / rallies I attended over the summer months throughout the winter.

On Sunday 1st June, I Joined the Wolfsburg Bus Crew and attended the 40th Stonor Park VW show 2024. The event is organised by the Association of British VW Clubs and as it's their 40th anniversary they plan to have an parade of VW's and include a spectacular display of vintage VW's of all descriptions, all set in the grounds of Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire. The 'Crew' had organised a convoy from Beaconsfield Services to cruise to the show, but as the services are about 20 miles form my home, and then another 20 miles or so to the show, I decided to meet up with some members of the Aylesbury VW owners club to cruise straight to Stonor Park as it would be nearer, and we would meet the rest of the 'crew' there.
